Oh boy

quote:

The investigation threatening to disrupt Michigan’s football season began after an outside investigative firm approached the NCAA with documents and videos the firm said it had obtained from computer drives maintained and accessed by Michigan coaches.

quote:

"Among the pieces of evidence the outside law firm presented was a detailed schedule of Michigan’s planned sign-stealing travel for the rest of this season, which games Michigan scouts would attend, and how much money was budgeted for travel and tickets."

quote:

"In total, these people said, Michigan’s sign-stealing operation expected to spend more than $15,000 this season sending scouts to more than 40 games played by 10 opponents."

A lot of people at Michigan knew what was going on:

quote:

Among the pieces of evidence the firm presented, these people said, was a detailed schedule of Michigan’s planned sign-stealing travel for the rest of this season, listing opponents’ schedules, which games Michigan scouts would attend, and how much money was budgeted for travel and tickets to scout each team.

quote:

The photos showed these people seated at games of Michigan opponents this season, aiming their cellphones at the sidelines. Days later, the outside firm told the NCAA, cellphone videos depicting the coaching staffs from these games were uploaded to a computer drive maintained and accessed by Stalions as well as several other Michigan assistants and coaches.

Obviously this development screams russian interference / propaganda. Another problem with the premise of this article is there’s no documented chain of custody of the said evidence; stolen property from the state of Michigan (computers).

Countless intelligence experts have commented that this expose reeks of a typical KGP operation similar to the Hunter Biden laptop.

Sources state that this investigative firm, Kaperesky & Kaperesky, has peddled misinformation on behalf Russia in the past.

The outside firm was probably investigating some systematic sexual misconduct at Michigan and found this shite. Lulz

If Michigan left a paper trail that’s a real blow to the posters who said this was a rogue staff member.

Michigan might get hit pretty hard if this is true. This gives me saints bountygate vibes. Everyone knows it’s happening everywhere, but Michigan is going to be the example.

The crappy thing about this is that Harbaugh might get fired but he’ll immediately get an NFL job and suffer no real consequences while the players who had nothing to do with it will pay for their coaches cheating.

This is just embarrassing for CFB. This is taking “cheating” to a level I’m not comfortable with.

Michigan should be banned from the postseason for a couple years IMO. There’s no way Harbaugh survives this.

And if there are other programs going to this length of cheating, I want them sniffed out as well. This is just bad business and really sad.

Does Harbaugh have a history of criticizing the NCAA the way Dale Brown did when he was LSU's Hoops coach? Sure seems like they watch him like a hawk.

Brown went out of his way to criticize them the way everyone else has for most of the the 21st century. They didn't like it when Brown did it, and it cost LSU Hoops a few times.
