Oh. That’s sounds OMINOUS.

Did you read/learn about Operation Trust? or just popping off smartazz comments?

Bear in mind if you are the latter that you are deemed unworthy of response.

And none of them rely on or are based in Trump allegedly inciting, leading, or organizing the J6 fiasco.

Hmmm, the indictment tells a different story.

"I didn't use the riot. Hell, I tried to prevent the damn thing."

I'm not saying it's a good argument
or even that it would be a successful one.

I'm saying that's the argument and relevance.

You sir are a moron and a troll. I would suggest whoever keeps arguing with you to stop because it's obvious you are trolling or so oblivious/retarded that you can not grasp the concept of beyond a reasonable doubt.

I disagree. None of the charges rely on any allegation of Trump organizing, etc the riot.

Do they in part involve him “using” the chaos to further attempt the Pence and fake elector scheme? Yes.

But I’m still wondering how anything related to security at the Capitol have to do with any of it.

I fully understand it.

I’m wondering how in the world requesting certain measurements beforehand would introduce some sort of doubt as to whether Trump attempted to capitalize on the chaos once it was happening. I do not see the connection.

I can’t because it’s political bullshite just like all of the charges.

That doesn’t change the fact that whether or not Pelosi gave trump what he allegedly wanted has nothing to do with the charges.

They needed the riot to end the proceedings. Two congressman had already stood and objected to the electoral. Pense looked like a deer in head lights when they did. Luckily for him the "insurrection" was happening and they had to leave the capital. Pelosi quickly pushed it through later. She knew they were going to shoot it down so used a "insurrection" to push it through.

since you already did all that, will you please tell us what you uncovered?
already did exactly that

exactly the reason you should seek actual knowledge

you could use actual knowledge for so many purposes, if you only knew how

oh well, posting sarcastic, anti-knowledge comments it is for you

The indictment is very clear, "directed them to the Capitol to obstruct the certification proceedings."

Enough of your foolishness. It is plain as day in the indictments.

Do you believe the prosecution will use J6 as evidence in the case of Trump obstructing certification proceedings?

No, at least beyond the mere fact that it happened. They don’t need it to prove any of the charges.

That.

Have

To

Do

With

Pelosi?

but like the 2020 election court cases fake evidence will not be submitted as evidence.

Those lacked this thing called 'standing'

Surely, Trump will have "standing" at his own trial for the charges of "inciting an insurrection to stop automatic certification of an election where he was never allowed to present any evidence of the cheating that was alleged"

or not?

I know - I know - Democrats have been stealing elections for so long they all think it is their "right" to steal elections. Nixon let them get away with it 63 years ago because he didn't want to start a 'constitutional crisis' - and because he felt like he should have won in spite of the cheating if he'd only campaigned better.

Set the precedent - if you are a GOP you have to accept whatever piece of crap the DEMs serve up for results.

BUT if you are a GOP and somehow manage to overcome all the cheating - Reagan, Bush, Trump - then the DEMs will ABSOLUTELY challenge your hard earned victory in the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVEs by CHALLENGING THE ELECTORS!!!!

/\ that happens EVERY TIME /\ a DEM loses. And they just think it's cute!!!

they just don't think those same rules apply to THEM.

They are wrong.

Well that’s not a charge, so no, he probably won’t be able to do any of that.
