Trump is calling Nancy Pelosi as a witness for the J6 trial. She will now have to answer why she refused to let President Donald Trump order the National Guard in, why her daughter was their filming, why the doors were opened by the Capital Police, etc.
Unconscionable! Even the current, extremely corrupt Judge will be recused. It is about to get real ugly for the Democrats!!

You guys seem to think that the indictment is based on the protest/riot/whatever you want to call it.
It isn't. The charges are for the fake elector scheme, pressuring state officials, and the whole deal with Pence. Smith did not charge Trump with inciting a riot/insurrection, etc.
