It's really strange how these people fantasize about locking everyone down. All they have to do is make up some climate emergency, and half the population will be ecstatic to be locked down again.

I just don't see this happening. Big corporations are still pushing hard for "return to office" and countless articles are being published discounting the productivity of remote employees. You can't have both butts-in-seats and lockdowns.

I'm all for lockdowns.
Locking down people that want to be locked down, that is.
But without welfare. They have to earn a living and figure that part out.
I frankly miss no traffic, short lines at theme parks, no liberals out and about...
