All inner city schools should be graduating the same kind of kids as Jesuit then? 30 ACT’s and 4.0’s and 26 National Merit Finalist! After all, they have the most effective HBCU teachers and a bunch of them.
This is stupid.
This is like saying a community college should have a football team like Bama. Jesuit gets the crème de La crème.
Lots of dumbassery on the OT tonight.

So how many Catholic or private schools get the crème da la crème Einstein? Where do the black creme de la crème go? Since the article said black teachers are more effective bc they come from HBCU’s the kids should be receiving the best instruction from the best teachers. Surely, those teachers can help them attain Jesuit status, which is full of ineffective white teachers that aren’t from HBCU’s. Effective means you can handle wild arse high school kids and bullshite around with them, not that you teach them a damn thing. It’s all bullshite. All we are ever feed on race is some kind of bullshite. Always .

Honestly looking back at my education, I went to a public school. The majority, I’d say around 75% of black teachers I had were just horrible and had no business being educators. Didn’t learn anything from them. I had a few white teachers like that also but it was very one sided. Most went to Southern b/c they all seemed to have Southern coffee mugs.
Then i remember reading the big scandal Southern had were grades were changed and degrees were basically bought and then it all made sense.

We are really heading back to segregation aren’t we? And the Shakespearean irony is…. The ones who fought hardest against it are now for it.
It was never about integration, just redistribution of wealth.

They want to go back to segmentation. They are the racists.

Of the black teachers I had, 4 were really good, 3 weren't, 1 of those was probably just mailing it in, I think she retired that year. So, more good than not, probably 1 or 2 I don't even remember. I'd say that's fairly decent.
