And due respect to Mo, but Tyrann wins the Thorpe if he doesn’t get suspended that 1 game. Tyrann was like Thorpe player of the week or something a couple times early in the season (I think after Oregon and WVU).

Mathieu and Reed didn’t switch sides of the ball and the position Reed played was all about the bubble screen and outlet passes. That is why I don’t count it as much as what Claiborne did.

No. DE all the way. Similar to D White being a "running back"

Not saying you’re wrong, but this is all speculation on your part.

You think Myles Garrett and Fred Warner are a "distinction without a difference"?

What a horrible analogy.

They are obviously moving Perkins all over the field to take advantage of his athletic ability. Whatever they are doing is working and is a great thing. But he lined up a linebacker a lot, even at middle linebacker.

Watching this Dallas game and in back to back plays Parsons was out near the sideline in coverage tackling Jones, then straight up lined up as off ball lb and dropped into coverage. He’s not just an “edge”. He is a versatile lb with elite pass rushing skills.

Not position, but team change - Lyle Mouton from Basketball to baseball. Would have never played in a championship game or the NBA, but won a CWS title and made it up to the bigs with the ChiSox.

Perkins was LB all the way too.

He's not playing LB though. He's an edge.

He is playing some linebacker.
