Used to get their jalapeño pimento cheese but they changed from taste of the south which is the goat

I like getting the prime chuck roll. Budget steaks (honestly they are as good as ribeye) chuck roasts and stew meat.

You gotta ask for it, but the Prime Sirloin Cap roasts are usually in the back with the butcher. Costco cuts these into strips and machine tenderizes them for some reason (like all of their steaks).
If you ask the meat area employees if they have a pack of it in the back, they will look. Don’t always have it, but if they do it’s 3 sirloin caps to a package, so expect to pay for about 4-5 pounds of meat.
The best thing is, these things already have the tough part removed from the traditional sirloin cap, so you can buy and slice into steaks.
This cut is no good prepared beyond medium rare, whether as a roast or a steak. But it’s the most flavorful beef cut on the cow when properly butchered and prepared. And I love ribeyes for reference

I'll add the Chili Roasted Pistachios. Just got a bag for my desk at work. Can't stop eating them

The Korean Gyoza dumplings are legit.
Much of their freezer section is really good. I always stock on cheese and meats too. I like the salmon but no one else eats it so I wind up throwing so much away.
