I agree that Georgia and Ohio State should stay ahead of Tennessee.

I also think UGA fans shouldn't boast about beating Oregon when Oregon was debuting a new staff including a head coach that has never been a head coach at a major Power 5 school.

UGA absolutely should boast about beating Oregon. Oregon is not a team that took a ton of time to develop this year. The week after UGA held them to 3 points they scored 70. They haven't scored less than 40 in any other game besides against UGA. They're one of the top 10 most talented teams according to 247's ratings, they were a top 25 team last year and they're better than that this year. Offensively, if it weren't for the UGA game they'd be even with or ahead of Tennessee in major offensive metrics.

Downplaying Oregon is a problem. They've been kept out of the top 10 because of the fact UGA crushed them so badly... but they're showing week after week that game was either an anomaly or UGA is just simply that good and that Oregon is clearly one of the 10 best teams in college football.

And beating a top 10 team by 43 points is a meaningful result.
