This has been a disaster, which I called from the beginning. People were guaranteeing Kiffin to us and I kept saying it wasn’t happening, and now the shite with Freeze. This has mediocre hire written all over. It’s a shame people making decisions aren’t serious about winning.
Should have offered Kiffin 10 for 120 or whatever he wanted honestly. We didn’t and here we are

Gave away all our leverage by narrowing the field and zeroing in on one candidate well before he was ready to sign.

Offer someone that isn’t serious about winning whatever he wants is being serious about winning? Our taped together staff did a better job against his school’s biggest rival at their stadium.
