It’s a nest of hair embedded under the skin in the tailbone area.

I just watched a video of (what I think is) a severe case on YouTube and they cut half the dude's arse off then stitched it up. You could see his sphincter they cut so deep

I had one drained at the emergency room years ago. I sat on the couch and I guess it ruptured, scaring the shite out of me. Smells like death. Best part was the ER doc shot the actual cyst with the numbing medicine so I felt everything when he used the scalpel. Good times.

My sister had a parotidectomy. They cut her jaw in half to get to it, then put a metal plate over her chin to put her jaw back together. Brutal.

Had that surgery last year. Went to Keith Rhynes at Surgeons Group off Hennessey in BR.

Same. He was actually able to stitch mine up though. Didn't really have any issues or pain after surgery. Was glad I had it removed because it would get pretty infected. I once pulled a whole wad of hair out of it

Had one for years. Worst pain I’ve experienced. Too embarrassed to have it removed. Mine has been dormant for 10 years

Since there's technically a booty hole in the video, I don't think chicken would appreciate me posting it's on YouTube under "extensive recurrent pilonidal cyst"

A relative had numerous surgeries for this until this doc fixed it - Jay P. Jhunjhunwala , MD. He’s in Baton Rouge.

Had this twice in my life. As a dumb college kid I let it go thinking I hurt myself some how through sports or weights. I hooked up with a girl from the bar one night, woke up next to her with a wet feeling in my boxer, thinking I pissed the bed, I rubbed my hand and pulled out blood. Freaked me the frick out.

Second time I had the procedure to lance it. That had to be the absolute worst pain I’ve felt from a procedure. The dr told me to use dial gold, and haven’t had an issue since. He said lancing is the best due to all of the complications with removing one and it possibly reoccurring.

He also told me that region is one of last to close up when growing in the womb. It’s also one of the first to form and moves from your head region to the low spine region and the hair growing inward is more like head hair than arse hair.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think your wife prefers it in her actual left eye rather than the dimple that was artfully worked into her tramp stamp.

His wife sounds like a he since these are caused by excess hair.

Nah

Much better off having a general surgeon completely excuse it
