No. It doesn't mean anything other than he struck out 3 times in one game. That was my point. Trying to draw broad conclusions about athletic ability based on an infinitesimal sample size of something that doesn't even speak to broader athletic ability is a fools errand.

I don't see how you can draw any conclusions about his athletic ability from this without also taking an account the ability, or lack of, of the pitcher he was batting against. Also other factors, such as was the sun going down behind the pitcher in the batter's eyes? How good was he at fielding and throwing the ball? Also this doesn't take into account does he have a fast 40 yard time and how much can you bench press?
