My nephew played the kid in baseball the other day. I can tell you that this kid was not a miss AT ALL. He showed very little athletic ability as he K'd twice. Also, very poorly put together kid as I saw when he screamed "mane f*ck" as he K'd the second time.

Bama can have him.

You realize Cincinnati was gonna let him play baseball too, he should at least be able to hit the broad side of a barn if he's a D1 athlete.

Someone can show tons of athletic ability and strike out twice. Conversely, someone can show little to no athleticism and make contact with a pitch.

Michael Jordan struck out 114 times in one season of MiLB. He had as many strikeouts as total bases. He was also a raging competitive a-hole.

Why wouldn't they? He would cost the baseball program nothing and after one season (that will have an expanded roster) he would probably stop playing baseball anyway.

Hitting the broad side of a barn is not a phrase to describe hitting. It's used to describe throwing accuracy.

If you're going to post about someone's baseball skills, you should try knowing fricking anything about baseball.

What Michael Jordan accomplished in baseball is far more impressive than a lot of people realize.

Calling you out for being wrong =/= defending Lewis.

I've addressed the ways you were wrong about baseball in general, college baseball roster building, and the terms used to describe baseball skills. None of that has anything to do with Lewis other than that he was the genesis for your shitty takes.

Shows how much you know about baseball.
I’ve seen Dylan Crews K 3 times in a game. Does that mean he’s not an athlete or bad at baseball?
Hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do in any sport.
You’re trying to square up a round ball with a round bat.

My son went and watched him play basketball the other night against his HS and said he's a pretty damn good b-ball player.

This is more indicative of athletic ability than a couple of at bats against a guy that was probably throwing in the high 60s in velocity.
