i live close to sprayberry. They are suppose to rebuild the school they are adding new gym now. So if you got young kids they will going to a new school. The area is great to raise a family in. I am in between lassiter and sprayberry and both areas are great. If you got elementary school kids the school off ebeneezer is great for kids everybody says. Prices in area will be from 300-1mil.
