I will agree to disagree with you amigo on the first part but you’re correct about the dishonor his actions brought on himself, his unit and the Army.
And as two opposite truths don’t have to be mutually exclusive, he also is entitled to a fair defense as to any extenuating mental health issues that may mitigate the punishments he is sure to experience from the civilian and military arenas.

That was clearly a joke about how the only good word on Suarez we’ve seen on this site is second hand info from the father of a kid who lifts with Richie and thought Richie knocking out an old man and threatening a group of old ladies was out of character.

THAT was why I quoted the entire article originally. Admins PM'ed me to never quote a paywall article in its entirety and then chopped up the OP. It was relevant because there was a lot of hedged comments obviously orchestrated by the lawyer. I am mostly shocked that the reporter went along with it. Like someone else said, a decent reporter would have gone and gotten some third party comments from guys in his unit, the women witnesses and maybe someone at the VA. Maybe the police or DA office?
