I interned at UF S&C in college and Meyer was undoubtedly a players coach as well. He'd come rah rah in the weight room out of nowhere and talk to these dudes about bullshite all the time

Well, the way he walked into Texas and got rid of the entire Strong staff right off the bat did take a bit of cold bloodedness. He would have probably done the same thing with LSU's staff.
besides, I think any negotiations with LSU would include the retaining of key defensive personnel, namely aranda, raymond and possibly O.

The sheer fact that the players don't like him and his record against top 25 teams at Houston makes me even more pissed that we didn't get him!
