Riley would be good for them. Bit of a risk though with how young he is. ECU can afford to take the risk, IMO

Wow. They lost a Fifth Year starting QB along with their #1 WR to the NFL this year. Not to mention Lincoln Riley going to Oklahoma.

Stupid decision for ECU.

This seems like a bad decision

Agreed. Over the past 5 years, they've routinely beat VT and UNC.

Dumb.

ECU was very competitive under Ruffin.

wow

I'm a little surprised by this move. He had to deal w/injury issues at QB this year and still nearly got them into a bowl.

I guess they felt that the 10-3 year was more of a fluke than an indication of where he could take the team in the future.

Tulane should probably try to hire him as their HC.

I wouldn't put it past Miles to hire a defensive guy as his offensive coordinator.

His background is on defense. He was Tech's DC under Leach

Nope-
Grabbing McNeil is shooting for .500. If Tulane shoots for .500 they end up at .333.

We had 15 years of Dickson shooting for .500

Ruff was really loved by his players.

Ruff is a good man, I hated to hear this.
