He has coached QB's. He kind of got screwed by Jags getting fired by BC, followed him to Tampa Bay then Jags got fired again.
Logan would be a good choice.

Was the rumor about the Cotton Bowl being BG's interview for the job true? I liked that gameplan better than any game this year.

Was looking at the Saints coaching staff to see if any of them would be possible OC material.
Pete Carmichael, Jr.
Offensive coordinator; born October 6, 1971, Farmingham, Mass. Attended Boston College. No college or pro playing experience. College coach: New Hampshire 1994, Louisiana Tech 1995-99. Pro coach: Cleveland Browns 2000, Washington Redskins 2001, San Diego Chargers 2002-05, joined Saints in 2006.
The question would be if he would leave the NFL for a college job. His title is OC but everyone knows that Payton calls the plays and is the true OC. Not sure if he has a desire to be a head coach some day.
Joe Lombardi
Quarterbacks; born June 6, 1981, Seattle. Tight end Air Force 1992-94. No pro playing experience. College coach: Dayton 1996-98, Virginia Military Institute 1999, Bucknell 2000, Mercyhurst 2002-05. Pro coach: Atlanta Falcons 2006, joined Saints in 200

Norm Chow
No way he and Miles could get along. Norm likes to have total control of his offense. BG is the logical hire.

Scott Frost - WR coach at Oregon
He's got a good pedigree. Obviously played under Dr Tom at Nebraska with his option attack, and now coaches with Chip Kelly who has a offense a lot of schools are trying to use.

I didn't read all 4 pages, but do any of these candidates have any coaching ties to Les Miles - other than Billy G. obviously?
I would think Les would most likely hire someone he was somewhat familiar with, although I don't bvelieve Crowton had any past with MIles when he was hired.

Remove Chow....his family is in Los Angeles and even when OC with Tennessee Titans commuted between LA and Nashville. I doubt he will travel to Louisiana.
He has lots of money and I suspect he will retire or work somewhere in California/Arizona.

Chow has been running Neuhisels' pistol crap with limited talent they also had a lot of injuries this year. Chow is a pro-style guy I wouldn't mind seeing him here.
