They play on fieldturf. He won't take the job when he finds that out.

Not sure if it's b/c it's late, but I laughed.

I imagine most of his interviews start off like this...

The other guy with Les would be Cam.

lsu would have easily been 13-0 in the big 10 this year.

Who did LSU lose their season opener to this year? Remind me.

He can use his recruiting skill to re-stock the cabinet for the next few years,

I hope he gets the job so we can see if his vaunted recruiting skills are really there. I don't think he's going to be able to recruit nearly as well as he did at LSU.

Maybe, but not with Les as the head coach.

He would recruit well and have MN in the post season with at least a +500 record at season's end and an clean program and good hires.

a team that won its division and barely beat a les miles coached team with harris at qb in a defacto home game. lsu would have blown out any big 10 team if coached or qb'd by anyone else. lsu, bama, auburn, and uf would have all gone 13-0 in the big 10. ut and uga would have won the big 10. it's an overrated pure shite conference.

Sad that a coach who won over 100 games and has 1 national title and 2 conference titles, gets beat out by a lower tier conference coach

He has no one to blame but himself. If he would have just hired a competent oc and not interfered in the offense he would still be at lsu. His stubbornness and pride have made him poison to ad's.

this would have made sense with the first couple of jobs he applied for. And while he is required to seek employment, he doesn't need to be applying to every opening in the country.

Is he applying or is his name just linked?
I think he is interested in coaching, I just think he isn't jumping at every opportunity.
He has interviewed with two openings so far Houston and Minnesota correct? The dude doesn't need a job and could just be taking his time finding a position that is right for him. Plus his cost has to be on the high side with what he brings to the table, some teams may be unwilling to pay what he is asking.
