It’s a big problem, BK will be busy next season covering for a lot of open positions.

I specifically said in my post I’m not worried about these hirings and don’t think the city of Baton Rouge has anything to do with it. But it’s not out of the question that people who grew up with 4 seasons may not love the south LA climate, and an extra couple hundred grand a year doesn’t mean what it used to when these dudes are all making over a million.
