Why? Not being negative, I'm genuinely curious as I don't know too much about him other than that he fielded some strong defenses with Arizona.
Just because he could run a strong D doesn't necessarily translate to being a strong head coach. Are there any qualities that should intrigue me/get me excited about this hire?
I was hoping the Falcons would quit being a launching point for HC jobs and would hire someone with a proven track record as a HC, but I would love to be convinced otherwise.
