Hell, I'd give Frank the OC position, but not actually have him call any plays, and Orgeron as DC.... Keep Raymond as DB coach, bring in Craig in a some offensive capacity...

doesn't sound plausible to me. like others said, it's a community/PD/admin problem, and we know Jimbo has friction with the AD.
