He thinks Lesters leaving. He said Les's reaction to the loss and his recent behavior leads him to believe he is half way to Michigan already.

I noticed we played very boring, predictable, vanilla offense against Arkansas. Not gimmick plays, no trick plays, nothing.

If Les went to Michigan they would be respectable immediately and we would take a huge step backward.

If Miles showed any interest at all, they would fire Rich Rod. He has been a disaster for them.

That would come at the worst time possible. We are putting together one of the best recruiting classes in a long time (well, at least since class of 2009) and are at a pivotal point in securing the signatures of Zach Mett, Bridgewater, Jernigan, Robinson, Rasco, and others.

Realistically though, I think this is based on speculation and the only way Miles leaves after this year is for health reasons. Just my opinion though.

For some odd reason I think I heard that Michigan wasnt going to make a decision until after the bowl game. Must have been during the broadcast of the OSU game.

That would all depend on who we hire. Hire leach and its a big step up for LSU. Hire another dumbass and yes, it could be a huge step backwards.

Thats why I am all for having your next HC lined up and hired basically before you fire your current HC.

He didn't specify Michigan umtil asked where Les would go. But he did say plain as day that he and a few others were very puzzeled at the way Les reacted at the postgame news conference. He said it was as though he took a deep breath and was glad it was over(his words). He said he told a few colleages that he thought Les was leaving and they all agreed that something was up.
