That's at best.

At worst is LSU pays him 2 million and he leaves for a HC job after a year.

I thought it was just me but no, I don't think he's as good as he's being hyped up to be. He's had some great offenses when he had great talent but it's not like he reinvented the wheel or anything. Right now there's so much innovation going on in college football on offense. We could get a good offensive mind for half the cost of Kiffin.

I don't want Kiffin anywhere near the LSU football program.

I'm not
He's already reaching out to other programs.
Look a boll weevil is a boll weevil accept in his case it's spelled boll "EVIL".
Best case/ worst case Coach "O" will have a job in 3 years.

Only reason I would want Lame K is frick Bama, and that's it.

But if we want to frick Bama...sark after dark, baby.

He would light shite up in BTR...might do some good coaching, too.

I am.

He has shown an ability to emphasize his QBs strengths and hide his team's weaknesses over the past three years.

inheriting a pro style run heavy offense, going to a mobile qb in a pro style, then to a pocket passer in a pro style, and then to a mobile qb in a RO/RPO attack. It has been pretty impressive.

Kiffin may be pretty good, but he will never be as good as he's been at Bama.

We'll never have that oline. That may be good enough, but let's not paint him as this offensive mastermind. That would've been Herman.

It makes no sense for Kiffin to come to LSU. None. Just like Fisher. It's not happening.

As a coach, x's and o's wise, he's elite.

this is correct.

The fact that this board is so blinded by Bama hatred and by Kiffin's personality is just shocking.

Kiffin is one the best OC's in the country, and has worked magic at Bama with 3 first-year starting QBs in every year he's been in Tuscaloosa.

True, on a personal level, Kiffin is a complete douche, but he's a tremendous OC and I'd take him in a heartbeat. But it doesn't make sense for him to come here, so I don't expect to get him, but would be very happy if we did.
