He'll hire CEO, and he'll buy himself two years until the natives grow restless.

If we end up with CEO, Alleva needs to go.

He'd ultimately get fired unless O did better than anticipated.

This entire fricking thing is a joke.

Blame it on whoever you want. I always seem to hear Alleva's name attached to every PR fail LSU has in the media.

He's responsible for public relations, and LSU has looked abysmal in that department this year.

Fire him for screwing up last year and not getting Herman when competition was realistic. This year, if you don't have the most desirable job to offer, and money pit Texas is in play, not much you can do.

We pulled for Texas to win for a reason

Doing nothing wrong isnt good enough. He does no wrong a lot and still manages to come up short.

Having a great idea isnt enough. You have to close deals, and that is where he fails.

Alleva has had 3 months to get a home run hire.

Get it done or get packed.

I'm going to tell you frickers something...doing nothing wrong is not an excuse.

CEOs need to make shite happen. They don't "do nothing wrong." and wait it out.

He's had 2 fricking months to get this right...

And from Random's earlier post, he went into this search with Jimbo as 1A and O as 1b, and you heard dick all about Herman.

It makes it look like LSU has just got serious with Herman when they should have been serious with both candidates all along.

He's had 12 months to get this right. Shouldve been working on it after last yr's frick up. After that first toss dive against Wisc, he should've been making and confirming calls.

But maybe he did all this. We will know soon, but not soon enough.
