Pay him 5 mil what does anyone care bout what we pay. Think we saved 4 or 5 mil not hiring Riley. Pay the o.c. and d.c. top dollar and recruits will roll in.

It used to be, but things are changing. Lincoln Riley, Brian Kelly, and Mel fricking Tucker all just got $100 million deals. Prices for coordinators are about to explode as well. It’s a gigantic arms race from the HC all the way down to the players with NIL. The winners will be the ones willing to spend. And with the new tv deals the SEC is about to sign after OU and Texas join, it’s just gonna get crazier. We will long for the days when OCs only cost 3.5.
