Bill McCartney takes to airwaves to blast Colorado firing Jon Embree

"Men and women of Colorado, don't let this happen. It's wrong. Please stand up and be counted," he read from the letter.
McCartney also said Colorado, because it fired Embree, will have a more difficult time recruiting black players, no matter who the new coach is.
"You can't go get the black athlete, not after you completely compromised your integrity with this guy (Embree)," McCartney said.
He said Embree was put in a no-win situation when he was hired with such an unbalanced roster.
"He was doing it the right way. Did he play too many young guys right away? Yeah — because the roster was bankrupt," McCartney said. "It's not fair."

College football coaches do fall into 3 categories..They all seem to be jerks(Saban), crazy men(Miles) or preachers(Richt)..And all 3 types can fail or succeed..Race doesn't have anything to do with it..
