True. The problem with that is most of those statements refer to different mothers and places.

People in the book also think that Ashara Dayne is Jon's mother. Cersei is one of them

Either way, I am pretty positive he is going to complete most of the final book before releasing winds. He's realized that he keeps writing into corners and writing both at once solves that. It helps him get them out faster as well as improve the quality.
I've always believed he is way more closer to the finish than he lets on. I think WoW will only be released when ADoS is being finalized. He will beat the show. He's the ultimate troll

Sorry, Saratoga
quote:. . . .
Reluctantly, however, I've just had to scratch Saratoga off my list of 2015 appearances. For no reason having to do with the con itself. I am sure it will be terrific. It's just a matter of time.
I have too much to do. Too many things on my plate. Son of Kong foremost amongst them.

Of course, the last bit could just be a troll.

Who is that supposed to be? Myrcella?
Posted on 3/18/15 at 4:29 pm to Josh Fenderman
I would think Myrcella and Trystane Martell. He wasn't really a focus in the book so I'm guessing it could be Darkstar. (Pretty week protrayal if so)

Since Arianne Martell isn't in the show, I'd assume Trystane will be the one plotting to put Myrcella on the Iron Throne and all that stuff.

So what's the best theory in here?

That can't be right...That little wormy looking young fellow can't be plotting to put Myrcella on the throne...

That the entire show is actually a vivid dream Bran is having while he's a vegetable after falling out of the tower in season 1.

don't forget that they all live within the eye of a blue eyed Giant

It ends with Eli Manning waking from the dream in a cold sweat. It's the night before the game vs the cowboys. Foreshadowed by the Giant fighting the soldier with the star at the wall before Jon'a death.
As his mind realizes it was just a dream drifts to ease, he mutters to himself "Hodor".

Has Quentyn been cast? If not, I wonder if Doran will be backing Myrcella.

This seems much more plausible

It's the first major POV cut from the book so there will likely be big changes here. First, Myrcella is actually going to speak. I'm guess they will run the plot between Trystane, the Sand Snakes, and Ellaria. Dorne is still a mystery so I'm not pessimistic about the cut and I like the Snakes better than Arianne. I am really interested in the Aegon storyline, Targ/Blackfyre I don't really care, and just hope they don't skip him completely as well.

Episodes 5-7 titles now revealed:
S5E5: Kill the Boy
S5E6: Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken
S5E7: The Gift
I'm thinking E5 is centered around Jon, E6 the Dornish, no clue about E7.

In reference to "The Gift" that belongs to the Night's Watch?

Interested to see what the title of episode 9 will be. The way they're speeding some of it up, who knows, some things could refer to stuff we don't even know yet.
Maybe The Gift is LF giving Winterfell to Sansa or something along those lines? Probably pretty unlikely though. I think belle is probably right about the reference to the Gift belonging to the Night's Watch.
