Definitely Lyanna.
Howland is the only other, but not as good, option.

Do you guys think that tKotLT could have made a appearance at the Tower of Joy? Howland and Lyanna are both there. And Ned mentions that he would have been killed had it not been for Howland.
Maybe Lyanna died from a mortal wound in the battle at the hands of one of the King's Guard. Arthur Dayne realizes that he is responsible for Lyanna death, lays down Dawn, and demands to be executed for breaking his vow. Possible?

I guess we technically don't know that Lyanna died from childbirth, just in her bed. It could be...

Plus she could've had Jon before then, but I'm inclined to believe that Lyanna dying in her 'bed of blood'=childbirth. Regardless, I imagine that Ned fudged Jon's birthday somewhat so that no one would suspect anything.

I actually want to try out that recipe that I posted in the other thread. It's in the "A Feast of Ice and Fire" cookbook that Martin himself co-wrote/co-whatevered. It must be a solid recipe if he likes them, given his size.

I saw it. Sounds really good.

How about shipping them to Northern California?

I have the "A Feast of Ice and Fire" cookbook and it's great. Has some pretty cool adaptations of foods from the book. It's divided into regions and has excerpts from the books that tie the foods to the storyline. Even has bowl o' brown.
