Leaf and Manning were the top two picks of the 1998 NFL Draft. We all know about Manning's career, but Leaf had a harder road.

For people saying that Manning and Leaf aren't cool, I think it's pretty well documented, that Manning has always been really supportive of leaf, especially through his recovery years. Manning has always spoken positively of Leaf. I think their friendship is legitimate.

Good to see athletes flash class instead of cash.

It’s a shame Leaf let his career go..... he could have been better than Manning if he really wanted it.

Good grief.....look at the expression on Manning's face. He doesn't even want to be seen with Leaf, much less in a photo!

Leaf has turned his life around. He's not the same guy he was when he first entered the NFL. (Not For Long)

Leaf has made a pretty incredible recovery. I enjoy the times he fills in for Rich Eisen and Dan Patrick on their shows- he knows a ton and is not afraid to discuss his dark past and encourage people living where he was to seek help.
