Washington offensive lineman Nate Kalepo wasn't making the impact he wanted on the field. So in the offseason he decided to lose some weight and revealed that he lost 30 pounds by cutting out McDonalds. (No shite.) He did, however, share with the Seattle Times his impressive McDs order...
quote:

He attributes that transformation to running the same stairs where he watched Shelton excel, and adopting a disciplined diet. Specifically, he says “I had to chill out on the McDonalds.”

Chilling out, in this case, meant abandoning his established order: “two double quarter pounders, two McChickens, a large fry, an Oreo McFlurry and a large coke. Every time. Every time.”

Is like multiple times a day/week or what? Only healthy change I would make is I don't drink cokes, so would be water or milk. Other than that it's not really that much for a sitting, especially from McDonald's. And no I'm not a fat arse either. At his age I could do this for lunch then a couple whoppers for dinner, a few times a week and wouldn't gain weight.

McDouble with small fry is more than enough in one sitting for an adult male.

I had a Bacon Cheeseburger and small fries from 5 Guys the other day... first it reminded me why 1) i don't eat out much and 2) if i do don't eat there.. don't get me wrong it was a great burger but $20 for that is crazy.. i was so full and I threw 50% of the fries away... i know why America is full of "plus size" folk

Was this at an airport or something? Should be under $15 for that. Agree on the not eating out much point though.

Just cutting out the coke and McFlurry would’ve been a huge help

I doubt anyone needs to watch an overlong, self-righteous, glorified YouTube challenge to learn McDonald’s is bad for them.

aren't double quarter pounders half pounders?

It wasn't that he was eating McDonald's, it was that he was eating too much period. Tons of your favorite athletes eat at fast food places, but not all the time and not that much.

Did the math, that’s 3,780 calories in one meal.

3,780 is equal to the number of calories in Paige’s breasts. (Just thought I would work her into the story for Larry).
