Calling normally works better than email. I always call because the only email I sent to them was never responded to. But when I logged in I clicked MY ACCOUNT. Then VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY and on that screen it should show your season tickets and BCS CHAMP, and after you click on the BCS CHAMPIONSHIP...
