I don't have anything under my ticket order history for NC tickets..

Has this happened for anyone else for their NC ticket?
I'm getting pretty worried. I know my order went through because the $$ was taken out of my bank account. People have been finding out their seat #s by going to their order history and when I went to do the same, nothing is there. I've emailed them but haven't heard anything back.

Calling normally works better than email. I always call because the only email I sent to them was never responded to. But when I logged in I clicked MY ACCOUNT. Then VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY and on that screen it should show your season tickets and BCS CHAMP, and after you click on the BCS CHAMPIONSHIP link it should show your seats.
