That is literally what the law is intended to prevent - the blackrocks of the world buying the house next door to you and renting it out as a party house. This is a huge problem not just in New Orleans, but most attractive tourist destinations in the country.

Think I have a plan. Back yard needs N and K, Front N and lime. P is high or very high in both. Plan (per 1k ft2):
Back Yard:
4 lbs AMS now/early May
3 weeks later spray iron to counter the high P, Talstar

Got my soil test back, first time getting it done. Tips on what I should do to get it right? Specifically:
1) It states PH ranges as low and very high, but I’ve read 5-7.5 is acceptable. Anything needed here?

Perpetually late people aren’t late because they don’t care. It’s a massive burden for them. They’re late because they can’t mentally estimate time. It’s the same as people who can’t hit a target to save their life because they can’t mentally judge distance/space....

A month away. $50k, not including honeymoon, dress, or our hotel. Combination of her parents, my parents (rehearsal dinner and flowers), and us. 175 guests, and we aren’t doing anything crazy. Public venue, mid range bar, not a fancy rehearsal dinner.
