Attending a wedding downtown this Saturday and the plan was to hit up Bourbon St after, but forgot about the holiday. I know it's not like the Bayou Classic, but curious to know if anyone works down there and has any insight....

Just FYI I contacted FedEx and UPS, they said:
FedEx - One side has to have an FFL, either the sender or reciever.
UPS - The reciever has to have an FFL.
