If you think she is motivated, as she was in her Cajunland Alma Mater job, you are dreaming.
She has come here, with LSU Softball ON TOP OF THE SEC.
She beotched, moaned and groaned. She blamed it all on facilities and other excuses.
Yet...she got beat by USL, USL, in recruiting...

Didn't he achieve at a level far higher than his program's stature?

That Softball HC may have achieved, IN THE PAST, but she is obviously ABOVE HER HEAD with the top SEC programs. LSU is maybe, maybe, 4th. She inherited the SEC's top program. It is one excuse after another.
BTW..she lost to North Carolina. If you start saying the BEAT TEAM X WHO BEAT TEAM Y A...

I was PROFOUNDLY disappointed!
I could not believe, our AD could make such a choice.
It is not personal, it is just not a good fit for LSU.
He and Dinardo, cut their eyeteeth, under McCarthey at Colorado.
I wanted somebody, outside of the LSU gene pool, so don't get me wrong.
