Cardio Vs. Strength Workout

I do cardio about 3-4 times a week at 35-45 mins. and do some resistance training mixed in. I know I need to increase the resistance training, Im not trying to bulk up, most...

Thank you for that info, yeah Im all about getting in a hard workout and not worried about all the fancy extras of some gyms, just as long as there are enough machines and a good variety that's all I care about ...
