A year ago we looked in Nashville and Williamson County, but anything that didn't need 200k of renovations was going within hours for well over asking.
After getting outbid on a number of places we finally grabbed a plain new build in Sumner County. The new houses next to me are already under...

ICI has a few issues with their servers being down, so lots of people were unable to port previous progress or even play on Day 1.
I finally played some earlier. Loving it so far the game looks great...I'm not sure I would say it fully looks 'next gen' (playing on ps5). But it looks good.

Leave that guy (and any other red-eyed knight) until you get stronger. There's a lesser but still challenging version of him the other way guarding a fog gate...the blue-eyed knight. That's where you need to go....

I set up Wild Rift via VPN to EU. The portability, limited champ pool, and quality of life changes (ultimate at 5, less focus on last hit) has made the game very accessible and fun.
Still some balance issues - Darius top, Lee Sin jungle, and Seraphine are OP AF. But the game is a LOT of fun....
