I'll be at this weeks game. Will be my first Ole Miss game, but 3rd overall at Tiger Stadium (4th if you count the Florida game last year that I tailgated all day and night without attending). FWIW I'll have an LSU shirt on, but if it gets cold i'll have to throw on my OSU sweatshirt. Geaux Ti...

very disappointing year not only in ohio, but recruiting in general. OSU has [b]no, zero[/b] 5 * recruits this year and henderson is our only remaining shot at landing 1. I'm 60% sure he's not coming to C-bus (thats my gut feeling) so I'm pretty sure that 2/3 will really disappoint....

Word is that OSU is closing hard on Morgan Moses and he might commit. I'll believe it when I see it, but it would be great for this class as I don't see Hendo or James signing....

I'm not relaying what I read on a UF board. I have some relatives that are hearing he's UF. My family is from West Chester and one of my cousins' kids goes to Lakota West....

tell me about it, OSU has 20 schollies, 17 committed 5 offers pending (Hicks, Henderson, Bryant, Brown and James) and I think we only get 2 of the 5 offered (Bryant, Brown) and lose Louis. That leaves us scrambling to fill the class, already targeting a local punter for 1 of the scholarships if thin...

Oh I didn't think we'd get him from UF this late, OSU never gets kids from SEC schools esp. this late. I just thought it was strange because Tressel's MO is that once you commit, he'll dial down the attempts to sway a kid. I'd been hearing (still am hearing) that they are still full on after Floyd. ...

Louis' twitter says something about rooming with Henderson next year. And I just got word that Handerson's ACT didn't qualify. could be that Louis is decommitting and he and Henderson are going somewhere else. Could also be that Henderson is retaking the ACT, i've heard that too....

OSU offered Dominique Brown (WR) a schollie recently. This raises a few questions. That would be 4 WR in this class (James Louis, Corey Brown, Tyrone Williams) and with Corey Brown ('09 DB, not the same Corey Brown) moving to WR next year, people are saying that Louis may open back up his recruitmen...

28 x 4 = 112 that's still more than the 85 schollies allotted by the NCAA. I'd say no handicapping. Historically, SEC schools sign more than any other conferences anyway. You can thank Ole Miss for the cap. 35 kids signed last year raised a lot of eyebrows....

this is a touchy situation. what if it's like Petey and he bolts for the pros? then no one is held accountible for the violations. Maybe if a coach is found to be in violation he must sign a non compete agreement where he can't coach anywhere else until his penalties are paid....

I'm hearing more and more rumors about floyd being in touch with the OSU recruitors. Possible steal attempt coming. Typically Tressel won't have his minions contact a recruit like this. Maybe floyd is rethinking his decision. I also heard that James scored a 27 on the ACT. Not sure on the minimu...
