Vail is sooo expensive, but the skiing is sooooo good.
Breck is an awesome, real town. Very busy, almost spring break busy. And good skiing.
Both slopes can be really crowded, but it disperses slightly better in Vail.

It appears the alumni association has something at someone’s house in Germantown, but I am looking for an LSU bar type scene.

Lava Lake is really good, about 6 miles. Is about 20 minutes away... Beehive Basin is really nice and right in Big Sky, 7 miles and strenuous. ...

I like Emerald lake for people visiting although the other ones mentioned are not so bad.
Trail Ridge Road, Bear Lake hikes, Estes Park proper are the highlights of the area. I would recommend getting a drink at the Stanley bar to see it, and walk around the g...

Bumping to ask a question: I’m a fan of cold brews from several places in New Orleans and Baton Rouge... Mojo, Sacred Grinds, Highland Coffee and even CC’s....
But I moved to Colorado, and have found a lack of decent cold brew and have been trying to brew myself.

Shrek may be somewhat played out now, but I lost my dignity in the original when Fiona was singing with the birds and killed them, and then cooked the eggs for breakfast....
