re: Will LSU ever build a bridge across Nicholson? - zbrous4
A tunnel is probably more likely than a bridge, but to counter, you could end the bridge between the road and the railroad tracks to avoid interactions with the railroad and transmission lines. Dirt, yes. Clay, not so much. This stuff is so sticky it's not even worth trying. Even shoveling it sucks because it sticks to your shovel and shoes making it heavy as hell ...

re: Which version of O Holy Night is your favorite? - zbrous4
I stumbled across these guys at some point, and this video is pretty awesome. The setting of the concert has some to do with it, but these guys can belt it. [link=(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a5j_XuATgRU)]Il Divo[/link] I also like the Celtic Women version....

re: LSU Lakes Final Draft Plan Released - zbrous4
why not address the eyesore that's connected
The canal is actually not connected to the lake at all. The lakes actually spill over into the canal. The average canal water level is significantly lower than the average lake level.
rather than use the dirt to cover the fr...

There are two links for the game......one for the "multi-cam" and one for the broadcast.......the multi-cam was the first one on the list, but it's the one that isn't working. Close the media player and click the other link....

re: HVAC help needed - zbrous4
So I just finished removing the motor and an issue I'm seeing now is that the shaft length is much shorter than the replacements. Can I juzt cut the excess off with a hack saw or something? If it dont cut any off, the shaft may be in conflict with the compressor below it....

re: HVAC help needed - zbrous4
Thanks for the help. I figured it was bad to run ir so it's been off except for that one try. Luckily the unit in the back half of the house is going strong. Also, I would like to purchase locally if they had one in stock but im going out of town the last half of the week and my wife wouldn'...

re: HVAC help needed - zbrous4
Thanks for all the safety help regarding discharging the capcitors. Like I said, I try to do a good bit of research before I mess with anything with which I'm not familiar, and discharging the capacitors did come up several times so I figured I better do it. Another question that has come ...

re: HVAC help needed - zbrous4
Appreciate the help. Extra help with diagnosing the following would also be appreciated. I replaced the capcitors because I came home last week and found the unit on, but the fan wasn't running and it was buzzing loudly and the condenser unit was hot. After turning the fan manually while the un...

HVAC help needed - zbrous4
I just replaced both of my run capacitors in my condenser unit (single poles, separate for compressor and fan) and I want to add a hard start kit. Problem I'm having is that the capcitors are 370 VAC but all the hard start kits say they are rated from 120VAC-288VAC. Can I use the hard start ki...
