The ube cake is made with purple yams (ube). It's really dense. It's got a really natural sweetness to it. I don't really know how else to describe it......

It isn't authentic Filipino food at all, but I freakin' love their Hawaiian chicken dish. Lots of pineapple, onions, etc. Crazy good. May go there tomorrow night... Anyone else try the ube "tiger cake"?...
