Hey guys, any help would be appreciated! I’ve asked my loan officer and she said she wasn’t able to answer my questions. I applied and got approved for $150k. I am waiting to sign closing docs but had a few questions.
1. What is the collateral that is being mentioned in closing documents?

Even with the (official) offer...don't expect Drake Davis to sign with LSU. The LSU offer has been there for some time... It just has been made public knowledge now... Him and his mom pretty much want to leave the state...so LSU most likely isn't happening. Although things can change...this is where...

Also IMG was set to cost Drake 70k for just the 1 year according to his mom. But of course that whole fee is waived along with boarding being free also. So IMG is a very expensive school... But almost all the football players either don't have to pay or are on a majority scholarship where the price ...

Drakes leader is definitely Florida state at the moment. Lsu does not honestly have much of a chance. His mother wants out of louisiana. Also Drake played a huge part in getting Shea to come to IMG. What's the procedure as far as beers being sold outside the arena pregame? They still have the dollar beers by any chance??? Im definitely goin to game 3. With it being a late start, it works perfectly with work. So what are the options pregame wise directly outside of the arena??? TIA...

He's got an offer from LSU .Now whether its public knowledge I don't know. But if he were to commit today the LSU offer is there and LSU would accept his commitment right now....
I live next door to his mothers house in baton rouge. He is definitely not going the "soccer" route. Also hes for sure not returning to Dunham...he will be at U-high. His grades are no longer an issue. Florida State currently leads and he has his LSU offer already. Obviously that could change very q...

Lacy is an upgrade over Doug Martin for sure.
Hardin and sanders are probably better than Colston, but harvin can get hurt at any moment and sanders production may drop when welker returns.
I would do
Martin and sanders assuming harvin stays healthy...
