Chad Jones- football and baseball

Not wanting to argue the best but list some of the best ones.

There will be plenty who ran track for one of the two.

Chris Jackson and Jeremy Witten. Both great special teams players and outfielders if I remember right.

Mitchell was much better at baseball than Jones, but Jones was much better at football than Mitchell.

I don't know if I can agree with that bc we will never know how good of an outfielder jones was. He was hitting .350 before spring football and then he didn't get his job back. We all know how that story went. but Eddie kennison is the greatest.

Billy Cannon is clearly the most highly recognized 2 sport athlete to play at LSU.

Is that even debatable?

Jones is pitching decent in the minors now. So I would go jones over Mitchell.

Cannon, and it's not even close.

No one compares to a Heisman while playing both O And D, returning KOs and punts, and kicking extra points.

AND SEC champ in both 100 yd dash AND Shot Put.
