Having watched both of them play, I distinctly thought after the Iowa game that Hill's performance in that game was very reminiscent of Collins. A combination of speed and power that's rare and impressive.
As for who is better, I'm in the Collins body of work is too brief camp. Everything else is...

Anyone who watched him play knows this was well deserved. Rickey had an insane sack total and I believe he held the record for recovering fumbles, indicating how he was always around the ball. He was an intimidating prescence throughout his career and I always felt he was responsible for the success...
