re: Homeowner's Insurance Quote Question... - SaintNation
If your in NOLA, please realize you have options. There are really good companies writing. We have about 5 that are really good in New Orleans epically if you have updates in the home. One company offers 1,000/1,000 deductibles and I am not referring to ASI....

re: Homeowner's Insurance Quote Question... - SaintNation
Replacement cost, is what the home would cost to replace if it was totally destroyed. This does not include land or detached structures. The market value or appraisal value had nothing to do with the replacement cost. This is an example: if an average home is 1500 square feet and say the repla...

re: 25 year old Tulane graduate murdered in Nola Saturday night - SaintNation
I promise you I go out until all hours of the night all the time and would I like having the bars close, no absolutely not but I'm willing to make a sacrifice to help make the city safe. I'm sure you might be the exception but the majority of people out that late are a bunch of idiots. Go walk down ...

re: 25 year old Tulane graduate murdered in Nola Saturday night - SaintNation
Thank you...people want to just complain about the crime but aren't willing to give up a little more drinking time to try and help the cities police force. Would it solve everything? No but it would be a huge help to the police. At least Monday- Thursday night. There is no responsible adult that is ...

re: 25 year old Tulane graduate murdered in Nola Saturday night - SaintNation
Makes no sense. You give up liberties every single day I promise you. You don't have the liberty to shot someone, get naked and run up and down the street, speed, etc. it's called laws and we are a country of laws. Your liberty to get drunk un bars until 6 am rather than 2 am, I promise isn't what B...

Don't bitch about crime then when no one in the city is ready to make any radical change. Nothing will change. You won't change the attitudes of the youth threw all these bull shite second lines and night outs against crime. That's doing alot I see....

re: 25 year old Tulane graduate murdered in Nola Saturday night - SaintNation
Bc it's like that in every damn city. Do you think that's for a reason. Why do you need the police then? Scared of government telling you what to do. It's called controlling the city bc if not then it would be the Wild Wild West. ...

re: 25 year old Tulane graduate murdered in Nola Saturday night - SaintNation
I have a suggestion. Why is this never brought up ever. Why are we the only(99%) city that bars do not close ever? Why is there not a 2:00 curfew or even 4:00 where bars have to shut down? Does everyone not understand that this is a huge reason the crime is out of control. No one is serious about cr...

re: Home owners insurance in Livingston parish - SaintNation
You actually have no clue with what your talking about. He big three (Allstate, State Farm, Farm Bearu) have abandoned south Louisiana. They are not writing full polices anymore. You will be stuck with a split with the Wind/Hail company being La Citizens which is the worst company you can have. Ther...

No I am not but both companies are backed by the State of Louisiana guarantee fund, which states that the state will step in and pay a claim of a company that they back goes insolvent. So the consumer has nothing to worry about. Not only that but consumers fall I love with the big names and fail to ...

re: Home owners insurance in Livingston parish - SaintNation
ASI rates have gone up a lot in the last few years. They are not competitive anymore. You need to find an agent that has every single independent company writing. Companies that may have the best rate there are UPC, Maison, Family Security...etc. DM me and I can help you out....
