USB ports not working

I'm pretty sure its a problem inside the computer rather than the USB ports itself. Anytime I plug something into my laptop (windows 11) the ports do not work. It's been 2 months, and still no luck trying to fix it.
I've followed many guides and done pretty much everything the internet has told me...

The only time I'll play a madden game is if I go to a friend's house and he asks if I want to play. Other than that I won't bother....

I just record full length gameplays of any game I play and upload the full video to youtube. No voice over or anything like that, just videos of me playing old video games. Usually snes-playstation 2....

I have always just used ebay. DK oldies seriously stinks. Very overpriced for not a good quality in the slightest. Ebay or facebook marketplace would be the best place (IMO)...

Have any of you guys played it? Alot of the menu is in english but I dont understand Japanese so its somewhat hard to play but its still a fun game....
