Can't believe I've never heard of the safety razor before. Do you change the blade every shave with this razor? I assume with this type of razor you have to use shaving cream? How much easier is it to cut yourself with this safety razor? ...

Lumberjack boys... I definitely feel like the mach 3 type razors shave too close and that's the problem. As the hair tries to grow back out I get inflammation on soon...

The issue I have is that this house is fairly old and I am about to sell it. I don't want to put 10-12k into a house I'm about to sell but I need A/C for the summer. I don't know what to do in this situation....
