re: Still in awe that I got to see Paul Skenes live at Alex Box

The only time I got to see him was game 1 in Columbia against South Carolina last year. Probably the worst performance of his career....

So he's basically the Ashton Stamps of last year? I'll wait until the season to reserve judgement....

I'm almost certain his definition of "thin" pertaining to the Oline is very different from Ed O's definition...

Sounds like something a shrimp boat captain would say...
re: It sure was fun to watch a tough, aggressive Defense!

Are you insinuating that there weren’t blatant, unforced drops on big downs for State? I would encourage you to re-watch....

Defense certainly looked better but I think we’re all still criticizing them heavily if it weren’t for a handful of big drops by State receivers....

Who are the guys we have missed on in recruiting recently that could be that guy?...
Rondell Mealey...how good was this guy?
Posted by CharlestonLSUTiger on 8/20/22 at 1:39 pm
Alright old timers, how good was this guy? Admittedly I’m not old enough to have watched him play, but he’s always been portrayed to me as one of the best backs to come through LSU. I ran across his Wikipedia page out of boredom and was surprised to see he never rushed for more than 664 yards in a s...
re: Best open field tackler of all time

Felt obligated to create an account just to show Brandon Taylor more love. I'm shocked he's not mentioned in nearly all of the replies. He stands out as the best open field tackler I've ever watched, and it's not even really that close....
