Low red blood cells

Just had a physical and my red blood cell count is at the low end of the range. I run twice per week and do an intense fitness class once a week. Just looking back over the past five years and this had been the case with every blood test. Had my first testosterone test and it was only 250. Anyo...

Went to Dublin with the LSU band for St. Patty's day a few years ago. An unbeatable experience. The folks are incredibly friendly and welcoming. No strangers in Dublin. We took day and went into the Wicklow mountains. That was one my favorite parts of the trip.
