Just had a physical and my red blood cell count is at the low end of the range. I run twice per week and do an intense fitness class once a week. Just looking back over the past five years and this had been the case with every blood test. Had my first testosterone test and it was only 250. Anyone have a similar issue? How did you correct?

Mine always ran low and eventually, due to heavier cycles, I ended up anemic. Iron pills are hard on my stomach, so I upped iron rich foods in my diet but it wasn’t enough.

I take MegaFood Blood Builder. It doesn’t take much to bring it up and the folate/B12/Vitamin C in it helps the iron absorb. I’m at a point now where I just take it once a week and then two the week after my cycle. My numbers are normal at this point.

Probably the easiest, I'm sorry correct that, the most delicious way to fix that.

If my wife would agree to number 3 I could get 1 and 3 done at the same time.
